I have a passion for health and wellness in every aspect of life: mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual. . I graduated with my degree in education and am a board certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the AADP and have experience as a health coach and wellness educator. I love being in nature with my camera and firmly believe that living a healthy and balanced lifestyle can enhance overall wellness for anyone!
I am here to share my passion with you and to inspire, motivate, encourage and educate you how to obtain happiness, health and wellness with natural, healthy choices; the use of essential oils; and ditching toxins. I believe the key to optimum health is being proactive and making permanent lifestyle changes.
I want to see others live out their God-given purpose with vigor, energy and vitality. We only have one vessel to do that with and we have to take care of that vessel, that temple where the Lord dwells so that we can create a happier, healthier, more JOYFUL version of ourselves. I believe that with love and gratitude in all things, one’s life can be full and blissful! This is something I continuously work on everyday.

I, and many others are promoting the benefits of living a balanced & healthy lifestyle, but what does that actually mean?
The foundations for good health consist of good nutrition, regular physical activity and adequate sleep.
It is also important to manage your emotions and stress in positive ways
to reduce wear and tear on your body at all levels.
In general, most would agree that a healthy person, is at a healthy weight, eats a balanced healthy diet, thinks positively, feels relaxed, exercises regularly,
has good relationships, toxin free and benefits from a good life balance.
Healthy Living is about taking responsibility for your decisions and making smart, healthy choices
in return leaving you happy, healthy, fit, energetic and at reduced risk for disease, for today and for the future.
GOOD HEALTH IS 'SIMPLE - BUT IT'S NOT EASY'
Healthy living is the practice of health enhancing behaviors or put simply, living in healthy ways. Leading a balanced & healthy lifestyle is not exactly simple. It often requires help and support to overcome unhealthy habits and choices. Trust me, I know that embracing a new lifestyle comes with its own set of challenges. There will be ups and there will definitely be downs.
There is scientific evidence that shows how healthy you are depends on what you eat and drink, to how much exercise you take, to how much sleep you get, to what toxins are in your body & environment, to how healthy your relationships are with both your family & friends, to how much you enjoy the work your do for a living and your faith. It all affects your health not only in terms of life expectancy, but how long you can expect to live without experiencing chronic disease, such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, joint pain and mental illness.
It is so important to make 'keeping healthy' a part of your day-to- day living habits. Your health also depends on what you do throughout the day, everyday, in all areas of your life. Balanced & Healthy Living is absolutely vital for reducing health problems, for coping with life stressors, and for improving the quality of your life. Many health problems can be prevented or at least their occurrence postponed by being proactive with your health and having a balanced lifestyle. But, take heart, because you don't have to do it alone.
