What is Oola?

Oola is simply a life that is balanced and growing in all the essential key areas of health and well-being. It can be a noun or a verb. It can be a destination or a feeling. It can be as complex as a life growing and balanced in fitness, finance family, field, faith, friends, and fun (the 7 F's of Oola), or as simple as a sunset, a quiet book on the beach, or a special moment with a child. It is that place we all shoot for in life. That feeling we experience and we celebrate our successes along the way. In short, Oola is cool.

Step 1: The Wheel

In order to grow, you must be real. You need to objectively see things for how they truly are at this moment.

The Wheel and the Score will quickly reveal where you are today and expose which areas of your life could use some work. Your score represents your current state of balance and growth; your current state of “Ooo-la-la”. It will help you pinpoint the areas of your life that need help.

Step 2: The OolaPlan

The OolaPlan is simple by design. Putting a pen to paper is a huge first step and the one that limits countless people from the life they deserve and desire. You can be more detailed and specific if you like, the point is simply to take action.

You will start by writing down 3 OolaLife Goals for each of the 7 F's of Oola and then write one thing you can do in the next week to get you closer to your goal, and one thing you can do in the next month to get closer to your goal.
