In this program, you will work to lose weight, increase your energy, learn about new foods while incorporating them into your life, and better understand how to navigate through the challenges you’ve faced in making these changes before. This program is unique in that you will be making these changes alongside other women just like you who desire better health and happiness (and a fit body!).
The group will meet once every other week for support and coaching guidance in making gradual, step-by-step changes. Over the course of this six month program, you will feel more confident, lose weight, and develop healthy habits that you can sustain for life.
